Greystone Construction Group respects your privacy. This policy describes how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us about roofing or exterior services, or choose to receive text messages.
Information you provide
You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, property address, project details and communication preferences. The website’s request form prepares an email in your email app. The form does not send your request or save it to a website database. You must send the email to deliver your information to Greystone.
How information is used
We use the information you send to respond to inquiries, discuss estimates, arrange inspections and communicate about your project. If you separately agree to promotional text messages, your phone number may be used for those messages. Requesting service does not require consent to promotional messages.
Required acknowledgment
Before preparing a request, you must acknowledge this Privacy Policy and the Terms & SMS Disclosures. That acknowledgment does not require or provide consent to text messages. Your acknowledgment and optional SMS selections are included in the email draft.
SMS consent and phone numbers
Text message consent is optional. Separate, unchecked options are provided for inquiry, appointment and project messages and for promotional messages. Your selections are included in your prepared email. Preparing an email alone does not enroll you in a text messaging program.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Information may be provided to service providers solely as necessary to deliver communications on our behalf, subject to this restriction.

Website hosting and links
Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve the website, such as IP addresses and request logs. Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Our services and website are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
