GREYSTONE CONSTRUCTION GROUP
Terms & SMS Terms

Website requests
This website provides information about Greystone Construction Group roofing, exterior and restoration services. Contacting us or preparing an email request does not create a construction contract, confirm an appointment or guarantee an estimate. Project scope, pricing and scheduling are discussed separately.
The request form opens your email app. You must send the prepared email to complete your request. You may instead contact us by telephone at 817-852-5745 or email mason@greystonecg.net.
Greystone SMS communications
If you opt in to service messages, Greystone Construction Group may send text messages about your inquiry, inspection appointments, service requests and project updates. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may receive offers or updates about our services. Only the message categories you agree to receive should be sent.
Request acknowledgment
The request form requires you to acknowledge our Privacy Policy and these terms before continuing. That acknowledgment is separate from, and does not provide, SMS consent.
Optional consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The form provides separate unchecked consent options. Entering a phone number alone is not consent to receive text messages. Preparing a draft email does not automatically enroll you in a messaging system.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, project activity and selected message categories. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan and applicable charges.
Opt out and assistance
Reply STOP to a Greystone text message to unsubscribe from that SMS program. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call 817-852-5745 or email mason@greystonecg.net.
Delivery and contact information
Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Provide a phone number you are authorized to use and notify us if your number changes.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
